Ekadasi was a surprise.  I was excited to be apart of a circle of woman for a few days doing breath-work, but I was very naïve to what deep work was about to be started. The breath-work along with the journaling was able to center me and unlock a portal into my past, seeing my patterns as almost a third party spectator.  I saw where patterns began and how they have been perpetuated throughout my life. I saw which people have been there for me through my best and worst days. I began turning my past shame into my textbook of lessons I’m grateful for.  And the cherry on top was the daily sharing that occurred between our circle.  Each woman had a piece of treasure through their sharing, that amplified my healing and knowing that we are all truly connected. I learned so much with everyone’s raw vulnerability. 

Mikayla was such a gift to facilitate this process.  She held sacred space and knew how to lighten things up when needed.  

This experience has slingshotted me into my healing journey.

Ekadasi is showing me what needs to be seen. It is providing me the space to sit with my deep self and allow insights to emerge. I did a breath work session with Mik.  She came to my apartment, because I wanted to be in a safe space, and it really paid off.  Her breath work exercises connected me to things I was holding onto, and an inability to release those emotions.  My release with her assistance felt clean and relieving.  In the following weeks my ability to manage those reoccurring feelings was greatly increased.  Her skills are highly recommended.

I have been to two ok Miks twerkshops now.  I contribute about 1% of the total quantity of glute in the class and was still able to learn to throw it.  Even being a bit older, her regiment of hip and glute activation prior to the exercises really helped with mobility and isolation.  5 stars would take a 3rd class
